    The week of November 9th-18th will be filled with a cacophony of screams as audiences in over 350 theaters across the country are glutted with 8 blood-curdling horror films for the first time.

  • Fangoria Will Hit the Road, Leaving Fright and Munchies in its Path

    Creation Entertainment will present “Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors 2008 Convention Tour,” which will begin stalking the country in January.

    The haunting-spree will begin in Austin, head toward the windy city of Chicago, turn west toward Los Angeles, and come to rest in Secaucus, New Jersey.

  • Eduardo Rodriguez takes on Zombies in the new pic 'Fragile'

    The 2002 Cannes Film Festival nominated director Eduardo Rodriguez is set to direct Rogue Pictures’ upcoming zombie film, ‘Fragile.’

    Based on Stefano Raffaele’s 2006 horror novel, the film will delve into a post-apocalyptic world where an airborne virus transforms humanity into zombies. The fate of the world will rest on the heroic efforts of a brave zombie soldier, human teenager, and female zombie, who must find a cure for the virus before military units find them.

  • 'The Mist' will be rolling in...but don't expect it to be pretty

    Notorious horror-master Stephen King has joined forces with three-time Oscar -nominated director Frank Darabont (“The Green Mile,” “The Shawshank Redemption”) to chill and thrill on the big screen this Fall.

    After nearly 20 years on the drawing board, The highly anticipated film ‘The Mist’ will finally make its appearance in theatres November 21st. Although Darabont and King had discussed doing the film years ago, as one of Darabont’s first directing projects, Darabont decided to direct “The Shawshank Redemption” instead.

    Starting tonight, ‘Shriekfest 2007’ will begin screening more than 40 independent horror/thriller/scifi features and short films throughout the weekend.
