Review: DRAG ME TO HELL
submitted at May 29, 2009 at 1:44 PM by Tim Haskell
One thing I can tell you about Sam Raimi without hesitation is that he thinks old ladies are gross. And Scary. They have warts and stinky breath, and bad teeth or no teeth, ugly fingernails and toes, stringy and dirty hair, and they make lots of squishy sounds when they talk and eat and they are generally just about the grossest things on earth. Old, white crones. Anyone who knows Raimi’s earlier work in the “Evil Dead” series (including “Army of Darkness”) knows what …(read more) -

No, but seriously folks… something about a …(read more) -
Zombie's Halloween 2 Trailer released
submitted at May 5, 2009 at 3:46 PM by Tim Haskell
I might be in the minority here, but I actually loved Rob Zombie’s remake of Halloween. Sure, there were a few missteps, and nothing will ever out-do the original, but I thought it was thoroughly creative and as original as a remake can be. So needless to say, I am excited about Halloween 2. Sorry marketers, I meant H2. Anyway, I pulled this from Bloody-Disgusting.com.

Howcast.com - My New Favorite Site. Outside of Haunternet.
submitted at Apr 27, 2009 at 12:39 PM by Tim Haskell
I have been a fan of the website Instructables.com for awhile. Many of you are likely already familiar and have deferred to it to help you figure something out that you are building in your haunted house. Concisely, Instructable has written and video tutorials on building spinning tunnels (vortexes), webguns, animitronics, and more. It is very helpful and comprehensive. Now there’s a new site that is similar, except unlike Instructables which is mostly an aggregator of submitted tutorials, this one generates its own content as well as …(read more)
