- Walking Ghost Tour of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. 7 City Blocks long. Walk along the Historical New River in Downtown Fort Lauderdale and see at least 7 Haunted Locations. Learn about the people who lived, died and now haunt these locations. John Marc Carr, founder of SEFGR (South East Florida Ghost Research) will tell you the history of each location. He will also let you know about the paranormal research that was done to some of the locations. He plays EVP's at one of the most haunted historical landmarks in Fort Lauderdale. Take a digital camera with you to take pictures of the locations and you may get ORBs which sometimes appear in pictures at many of the haunts. Reservations are a must!!! Tours are only on Friday and Saturday Nights at 8:45 p.m. Payment is made in cash before going on the tour.

- From the deaths of thousands of Native Americans that died during the invasion of the Spaniards that came to Fort Lauderdale in the 15th Century, the Second uprising of the Seminoles, Pioneers who risks their lives to start a new beginning in South East Florida, each ghost location has their own place in History. The buildings histories starts back in the 1890's to Present day structures. Due to liability, there will be no entering into any of the haunted buildings. Yet, you may go back to these locations when they are open to the public.
