About:: Southern Minnesota's Premiere Neighborhood Haunted Attraction. We've created an all new storyline to bring you multiple themes of horror under one roof! 1,200 square feet of intense terror and home-made horror not intended for the weak-kneed or faint of heart!
History:: Residential Evil - Established October 2003. We are North Mankato Minnesota's one and only home-built haunted attraction. Residential Evil is actually little more than a small group of friends with a big garage, a workshop and a strong passion for horror and the Halloween season. We plan to host our own walk-through haunted attraction every year as a means to showcase our mad creations and disturbed imaginations. Though considered a home-haunt we actually operate out of a three-stall-garage with an attached workshop providing over 1,000 square feet of fear. We have a small budget and big ideas therefore most of our projects, props and set pieces are salvaged, second-hand, refurbished or in most cases hand-built from scratch. Residential Evil is a do-it-yourself, non-profit operation and our attractions are open to the public at no charge. Admission is free but donations are accepted and greatly appreciated. We thank everybody who has visited us in the past and those who continue to support our operation at present and into the future.
