- The Legend: Greetings, and welcome to Spicket Hollow! My name is Corneilius J. McGhoul. In 1683, I inherited the estate known as Spicket Hollow, which consisted of this property, the neighboring properties, and the nearby woods, as well as Spicket Hill and Spicket River. The estate remained in the hands of my family for generations, eventually growing into the village called Spicket Hollow.
It remained as such until the 1960's, when greedy land developers came in and divided up the estate, building the housing development that you know see. In the process, my grave, as well as those of my ancestors, were disturbed. Because of this atrocity, we cannot rest in peace. Thus, every year on All Hallow's Eve, we rise up and haunt this neighborhood searching for those who disturbed our eternal rest. No building is more haunted than that which you are about to enter. But before you do, there are three rules that you must abide by:
First, stay together in your group; There is strength in numbers. Second, there is no running, pushing, shoving, or touching of anything, or any body, inside. Remember, do not touch the monsters, and the monsters will not touch you. Finally, walk forward through the crypt. Do not return from the way you came; There are thousands of eyes upon you.
And so, the time has come. Do you dare enter the crypt? Will you survive the journey? Are you brave enough? I challenge the to enter... Muah ha ha ha ha!
