Directions for the Interstate: Meckauer Park is located at the intersections of Payne Road and Shelter Rock Road I-84 East: Take exit 8 in Danbury, get in middle lane and stay straight to Route 6 West (Newtown Road). Turn left on Plumtrees Road (just past McDonald's). Follow to end and take a right onto Shelter Rock Road. Park is the next driveway on the right. I-84 West: Take exit 8 in Danbury.
