History:

Several years ago, after declining a proposal to build a new prison facility because of over population, the state was forced once again to open the cell doors. Unlike its early years serving for the incarceration of mostly debtors, this time, it became home to the most psychotic, schizophrenic, dangerous, and criminally insane people ever to be convicted. Under funded, under staffed, and over crowded with inmates, the prison began its journey down a direful path. Unable to provide adequate space, the prison was forced to turn its once beatiful courtyard into a makeshift holding facility for criminals with severe psychological disfunctions. This area of the prison became nicknamed "The Hole". As time went on and the evil stored up inside the walls began spreading, a horrible fate took shape. Funds were no longer available to purchase needy supplies such as medicines or even to acquire sufficient food. The prisoners, due to undernourishment, and often harsh treatments, became even more unbalanced and deranged. Eventually, keeping a controlled enviroment in the prison was a lost cause. Chaos erupted among the stone walls as the inmates siezed control over the prison, murdering the warden, and killing all remaining guards and workers. The maniacal prisonors, now abandoned and shut off from the ouside world, began to create their own world, forged from the psychotic minds of the most fearsome and demented convicts ever. "The Hole" became a place where some of the most horrifying, nightmarish, and frightening events began to occur. We welcome those who wish to brave these haunted halls!
