About:: For 3 days historic Hatten Park in New London is transformed into a ghostly haunted trail where you never know what is lurking behind the next tree. The weekend before Halloween from 7:00 to 10:00 pm the New London Parks and Recreation Department, with the help of numerous volunteers, hold an Annual Haunted Trail through our largest and oldest park. The hike is approximately 25 minutes throughout the deepest parts of the woods on a wood chip groomed trail. Children ages five through ten are invited to come between 7:00 – 8:00 pm and are required to have adult supervision. It is recommended only ages 11 and up to walk the trail from 8:00 – 10:00 pm. Each group is lead by a tour guide and there is security located through out the park.
